SAN LEANDRO, Calif. —

San Leandro police arrested a man Sunday who allegedly opened fire during a domestic disturbance.

Officers said 31-year old Anthony Barrett used a gun during a family fight Sunday afternoon and then fled.

Police said the violence erupted inside a home on the 2400 block of West 133rd Avenue in San Leandro just before noon Sunday.

Investigators said Barrett used a gun while his brother's girlfriend tried to move out of their home.

Police said they found Barrett shortly after 5 p.m. Sunday and took him into custody.

No one was injured.
