hmmm ok. lets do a recap and see who is in their "click."
Dj Paul
Juicy J
and sometimes Project Pat
thats it
Lil Wyte left i do believe, so did Chrome, and so did Frayser Boy.
Its kind of a hard situation to be in, cuz you got these 2 niggas who are not only the CEO's but also the producers as well. So they get a huge chunk of the record sales and niggas who were on their lable at one point in time didnt see it like that. just my 2 cents on it.
I was talkin' to someone at work today about that.
All the people that left, a lot was probably over money. They probably thought they should have had money like Paul n Juice, but when you think about it, they really shouldn't have for the simple reason that they made all the beats.
Beats are at least half the album, if not more, so there's half of an artist's profit right there. throw in the fact that Paul n Juice dropped hooks and verses, and they've already made well over half the album.
I just listened to Most Known Unknown and it was a solid album. It had some bangers on it, but there were also a few really forgettable tracks.
I downloaded Last 2 Walk when it came out, and I remember not bein' able to even finish it. I was pretty bummed because I had been listening to them for a minute and it felt like they fell off pretty hard.
