Is The Last Remnant Worth A Rent?

After MOOOOOONTHS of Gears Of War 2 and BattleFeild i've finally found myself craving a RPG experience.. It started with Fallout 3, and i played the shit out of it.. Then i started playing Tales Of Vesperia again.. And now im switching off between Infinite Undiscovery and Tales Of Vesperia; which is a great game btw.. After i'm done with these two i can either buy Lost Oddysey again and see if i can actually keep intrest in it this time around.. Or, which im probably going to do, i'am gonna cop The Last Remnant; or gamefly it or something..

Only problem is i've found mixed reviews on it.. All agree on one thing tho, that the game is defiantly "different" then recent JRPG's released.. What are y'alls thoughts on this game? And how is it "different"?






Shit.. I forgot the new Star Ocean came out.. I been laggin on that one.. I might have to cop Star Ocean first, but still, i know i'll eventually come back to The Last Remnant, so what's y'alls thoughts?

lost odyssey is smashing on all those games except fallout... i copped last remnant and inifinite undiscovery the same day.. id say infinite undiscovery is better than the last remnant.. i was kinda heated that square brought that stateside rather than some others.. hopefully the fanboys dont start throwin e-tantrums because its all IMO no gospel..

Infinite Undiscovery defiantly isnt a 'bad' game, but it dosn't compare to Tales Of Vesperia imo.. Which is why i'm sort of still playing ToV more then i do IU..

How is The Last Remnant "different" then other JRPGs? And yeah, LO was weak imo.. I played it for a good 8 or so hours and i couldnt play any longer.. ATM i'd have to say Tales Of Vesperia is one of the best JRPG's ive gotten into on the 360.. Star Ocean might change all that tho.
