sugar is marketed in so many products that cocaine could not be marketed in. Sugar is the drug of all trades, be it corn syrup, fructose, or cane sugar, it's in your products. This is not good for you.

It's more addictive, sure. But it's not nearly as harmful in the long run.

Drink a can of Mountain Dew, 50 some odd grams of sugar. You feel good after it. Hell, drink 3 or 4 cans a day, you'll feel great.

Snort about 200 grams of coke a day for a week or two. See what happens.

Studies like these need to be taken with a grain of salt (or sugar, if you prefer)

^ Yes but not all the sugar they manufacture. Even white cane sugar is kinda bad, it's better to have brown sugar. Honey is better than syrup, unless the syrup is somehow 100% raw uncooked maple syrup bottled at the source or something.

That has nothing to do with the addictiveness of it.

Everyone "craves" sugar...go a week without saying to yourself "damn, i could use some (insert sweet treat here)".
