always wondered the same thing,cause i listen to a bunch of ppl from NC,never knew where to include them

guess it doesnt really matter,i think NC has their own sound anyway,not east or not south,but still coo to know

When I use to live in NC, I saw for the most part, a SOUTHERN lifestyle.

BUT, I also saw a small percentage of NC cats blacc and white, adopting the new yorkish slang, look, style etc, didn't see that in SC.


NC and SC is SOUTH though.

Definitely the South, you've got guys like the Chedda Man who have a very very southern sound. Petey Pablo southern sound. However, you also got groups like Little Brother who definitely have a more East Coast sound, but I think the the guys who have the more Crunk/Dirty South sound down in NC and SC greatly outnumber the guys with the East Coast sound.

FA REAL!! but i can see what y'all niggaz is sayin' about muthafuccaz havin' a northern type of style but thats tha niggaz in northern norh carolina (raleigh, durham)..dem niggaz is infactuated w/ new york to tha point where its ridiculous..but for the most part it don't get mo southern than north cock-it-back.. fucc what ya heard!

yea had a potna who was from (nc) and he was the biggest wu-tang nut rider the world has seen. I know (nc) gotta be hot in terms of wheather but all this dude wore was big ass jackets army boots with untied laces and instead of sayin "hella tight" he would say mad.

how fucking lame i would always tell him to rep his state and find his own style.
