Is KOTR still a good game?

If you have a good pc, it is better for pc because you can download hella new content, and even make your own if you know how.
I havent tried II either though, but the first one was fucking dope.
Oh, and I like how you phrased your question. When I saw the title and came in to post I was going to bitch, because if a game is good at one point it doesnt just stop being good when new games come out, it becomes a classic.
But, you phrased perfectly homie. "compared to todays standards" is the key here.
Yes, even compared to todays standards, it is a great game, graphics are good, gameplay is better than many newer games, music is good(not mass effect status but still good) and it has cool characters that you will remember.
Oh, and it has a great replay value, most games nowadays(excluding multiplayer games) have little to no replay value, but this game you can play 2 or 3 times with full satisfaction.
Go good first time, bad second, and third, the hardest, neutral.

Ima go to game spot and cop the first (for $9.99) and the second (for $19.99) tommarow.. Two good games for $30 is something i cant pass up, even if one of 'em ends up sucking then one game for $30 is still a good deal.. I finnaly bought another WII today 
I only had enough money to cop zelda but tommarow i get my paycheck n ima pick up RE4, SSBB, and Mario Galaxy.. Ima also cop a 32" Vizirio HDTV ($599) or a 26" Sharp HDTV ($549) tommarow too.. Jus' havnt made my mind on which one i want.. The viziro is only 50$ more for 6", but then again i havnt really heard of a Vizirio and i have heard of a Sharp.. ._.
But yeah, thanks for the feedback guys.... Im jus hoping that both KOTOR compatible with the xbox 360!

Nah if i had the money i would've already went out and copped it.. but i get paid today, so i figured since i had the time i'd make a thread and see what other people thought.. Im pissed i cant find RE4 anywhere.. So i jus copped mario galaxy and SSBB for now.. Also copped KOTOR, it's pretty fuckin dope so far, but i worked most of today so i havnt played much.. Ima get down on it 2night tho

Naw dont think i've played any starwars game ever.. I cant wait for the Force Unleashed tho.. And yeah KOTOR is dope so far, ima get down on it some more when i get back from burger kiiiiiiiing!

Oh yeah, jus copped that DBZ game on the WII too for $10!jade empire isnt a star wars game. it was a bioware RPG that is pretty much what the mass effect gameplay was based on
far superior to KOTOR in my opinion. much more refined in every aspect. one of the best rpg's i have ever played

Ill see w'sup with it.. And g'damn KOTOR froze on me.. Luckily i saved like a half hour before.. But fuck, if this game freezes one more time ima have to return n get a new copy of it.. But yeah, there's so much shit you can do in this game haha.. I'm impressed, especially since it came out on the xbox.. Anyways, time for work.
