cocky, arrogant and seem a tad bit entitled when he does interviews? I dont know if its just me or does he come off as the things I listed... The guy kinda rubs me the wrong way when he talks....

Like maybe cause he was hand picked by Mr Davis and now he is gone he feels like he has the keys to the Raiders car so to speak... i also get the feeling that the front office doesnt really know shit so Hue gets the run of the farm so to speak..... Im not a Raider hater at all, I just think they need a GM to get in there fast and help out. The chick and Al's son have little football operation experience and Hue could use some help....

Just my thoughts... i could be way off here.... But its just what ive gathered over the last 3 weeks or so....

Confidence and arrogance/cocky are two different things. He believes in himself. The man went from OC to head coach to GM/head coach in 22 games. That would make anyone's head spin a little. He is a coach the players want to play for. Something about the man has winner written all over him. I am glad he is our head coach. I prefer cocky and or arrogance over the passive Norv Turner type, but that is just me.

hue is the truth. he's earned the right. he played a big part in roddy white's turnaround from worst receiver in the league to upper echelon.

No your right but this is nothing new, they've been saying this about him before he got the head coaching position.

He's assertive and confident, I think its a good thing. I'd rather have him running the team the way he wants, than catering to someone else, or trying to make anyone else happy. Be a Raider, Be a Bully, and Just Win Baby.

He's got that brotherhood and straight up no BS tell it like it is attitude going with the players and each other, it's all about us, fuck the media and fuck what anyone thinks

He reminds me of Doc Rivers love the way he is

Does it rub you the wrong way because he is a Raider? I mean there are plenty of coaches past and present that have had that kinda attitude. I mean Rex Ryan is like that all the time. Does he rub you the wrong way too? Did Singletary get on your nerves too?.....just sayin...
