It's gotten a lot more developed over the past couple decades and I'm sure it will continue to grow. You can still get a nice place for like $300K.

If you're gonna move to sac and want a safe quiet place for you and your fam then Folsom or granite bay is where you should. The city would rather pay state fines that allow low income properties/residents.

2 hours from SF. 2 hours from Lake Tahoe. 2 hours from Reno. you can go to the ocean then go to the snow on the same day. the Sac area is coo and hella big and in the middle of a lotta shit to do within an hour or 2.

My white baby mama went on Yelp and complained that the Adalberto's #24 burrito was twice as high in Folsom compared to other places. I called her ass a snitch! lol
