Is Dago the New Bay of Rap

Now that it seems the Bay is going to start getting more commercial appeal do u think Dago is going to be the next city to start taking that underground movement on it's shoulders? I'm not trying to say that Dago is better than the bay or nothing so lets not start arguing over that. But what I'm saying is Dago seems to be at this point in the same position the bay was when the movement first started. Now SD is getting more attention little by little. What's everyone else think?
