Is a CD worth more, less or doesnt realy matter if......

If it says for promo use only on the CD? I got Yukmouth Thug Lord: The New Testament. And on the CD, as well as on the Back insert it says for promo use only. Heres what it says on the back

Legal Notice:

Licnese, This CD is Propertyof record company and must be returned on demand, it is licensedfor promotional use and has not been sold. This CD cannot be transferred without consent of record company. Use or return of CDSignifies acceptence of this license.

And on the CD it has a lil promotional warning aswell.

Does this effect the Value at all? any info would be appreciated.
