IPODS?

did a deal for a 30gb ipod video.. thing iz it already gotz hella muzic and videoz on it so when I connect it to my pc it wont let me transfer my stuff onto it because it says that it can only be used on the computer it was started with.... is there any possible way to transfer my music onto it and still keep what it has on it without deleting everything from the ipod?

plug it into your computer
go to my computer
right click on the ipod drive thing and press explore
go to the music folder
find the folder that contains 40 or so other folders with wierd names, thats where the music files are. Drag those folders onto one of your hard drives. Now you got all his sshit on your computer.
Now start over with the ipod

calenders,contacts, notes

ras - go to the ipod summary tab and select the option to manually manage music and videos..it towards the bottom center.

its all good.. It let me just drag the songs onto the ipod logo and it syncd in now.... Now Im just trying to figure out how to change the ipod and playlist names?

IVE SEEN IT HAPPEN BEFORE BECAUSE WHEN U FIRST SYNC AN IPOD TO A COMP U HAVE TO CHANGE IT TO WHERE IT CAN SYNC WIT ALL COMPUTERS I HAD TO WIPE A IPOD CLEAN TO ADD SHIT TO IT ...........WASNT MY MUSIC I JACKED IT FROM SOME WHITE BITCH...FUCK IT.

yah changin the name was easy all I did was highlight it and rename it.... to change the playlists on the actual ipod I think Ima have to go thru the folders
