i got a 1st gen 16 gig touch...
I put my misscelaneous tracks on shuffle. str8 jams breh.. im thinking WWSD????

should i sync all my favorite tracks off the albums on the ipizzle and just not sync the whole album and maximize my space or do u think i might be missing out on the album experiance???


im at work so i cannot post areolas breh.. maybe later

its a touch, so at least half goes to music and the rest goes to useless games and shit once you unlock/jailbreak the shit


trust me tho, if you put whole albums you bound to have some wack shit on your ipod every now & then.....

really depends on how you use it. Playlists to me are a beautiful thing. I have differnet ones set up for differnt situations. Im sitting on 1TB of music so I could never put it all on an iPod so hand picking tracks is what I have been doing.

Early on I would throw full albums in but like mentioned before me, there would be some songs that came on and id be like WTF is this? lol

ehh im not in the mood to buy a new ipod.....
i guess im not really missing out in the album experiance like i thought.
but damn i got sum classics.... i guess ill reevaluate what albums are worthy and others that arent... thanks fuckers....

imo, fuck putting whole albums

i got 3500+ songs on my itunes playlist separated into a few different main playlists (all 3500+ songs are in these playlists) and some sub-playlists (playlists for locations and times... such as a "summertime playlist", "napa / sonoma playlist", "tropical playlist", "city nights playlist" etc... these draw songs from the main playlists)... when i adopted this format, i went through my mp3 collection and selected what i thought were the best songs from every album and threw them in itunes...

i recently realized that i didn't want 3500 songs on my ipod/ipad, so i created stripped down versions of the main playlists

R8R is right, I got playlists and use the fuck outta them....I still got my 8gig nano tho, so got an "ipod rap" playlist & an "ipod other" playlist for shit that wasn't rap...I mean, I could really break it down further but it serves its purpose of not having all my music on there but maintaining enough. I'll throw new albums on there tho (which reminds me, I got shit to throw on there now) so then the "wtf song is this" is a un/pleasant surprise depending on the song....I also use ratings so I can take the weak shit off and keep a "top rated" smart playlist that keeps up with what I think is the best shit

I used to do the same. Now I just pick my fav songs from each album.

I got an 14gb MP3 and there is only 67 songs on there right now lol I'm trying to add more songs right now, though.
