iPod shuffle.

i need help, my homie just came by and dropped his shuffle off and said i can fill it up.

im usin' realplayer to add tha songs, it says they are added to the device but when i unplug it and try to listen to some songs, nothin' comes out...i dont' get it....somebody please help me out here.

i also tried itunes...but i get tha same problem, it says its added but nothin' comes out of the speakers.

When you add them make sure you're adding to device and not just to the library...make sure it syncs the songs to the device...

Also if nothing comes out of the speakers, try the volume...

do they have to be a certain format?

When itunes is open and your shuffle is connected, click on the tab or whatever that's your shuffle's name...then click on music and make sure it says auto sync or something

what is tha easiest way to go about addin' to tha ipod without havin to make a big ass playlist on itunes...all i wanna do is beable to look through my music in my folder i have with all my shit in it and go down tha list and just add it to tha ipod.
