iPod / iTunes users.......on iMAC's

here is the deal......I just got a new iMAC and want to transfer all my mp3's from my old one to my new one.....I'd really hate to upload all my cd's again on my new comp.

yup, more specific....from an iMAC to another iMAC

only 2 things i know how to do right now:

1. burn all the albums you got to CD as MP3.... you can fit about 10 albums on a CD depending on the quality and length of the album
2. open up an FTP on your new computer with OSX..... log on to the FTP with your old iMac and upload all your mp3's onto your new one. This one works great if you got a cable connection, i was able to move all my files from PC to Mac this way at about 500-600 kb/second

2. still running on OS9.2

you can run an FTP on 9.2 also, but i don't know how... you can go to apple.com discussions and ax around
