I'm in the process of buying a home (first time buyer) and I just got approved for a 150,000.00 dollar loan. Are thare any home owners on here and if so do you have any advice for me? I just found this PLUSH ass 3 bedroom home, 5 years old with a BIG BIG back yard for 134,900.00 the price is a little low I think because the area isn't the tightest area but it'a a nice area. I want and need a little advice........I want to know all the things that the mortgage lender won't tell me.....
