I wake up like 5-6 times every night, if not more. It's fucking annoying. I usually go to bed between 11 and 1 and get up at 8 on the weekdays...On weekends I usually sleep more...But I've been told that periods of 3 hours sleep for the body are cooh. So if you sleep 3, 6, or 9 you should be all good....But people know themselves better than I do, that's just what I heard. I think my record for sleep was 17 hours straight after I got my wisdom teeth pulled....Then I woke up and took some vics and slept for either 12 or 14 more hours.....Tylenol PM isn't good to take for long periods of time anyway...The best thing you can do to get good, natural sleep, is exercise you ass off. Go run a couple miles or play a few games of basketball with your friends or whatever it is you like to do. But push yourself and you'll sleep well. And if not after all that, fuckin smoke a bowl or somethin, lol...
