How much sleep do y'all get?

I get like 4, 5 hours a night, and its startin to get to me with my schedule.

My problem is, though, my mind races too much for me to sleep.

I'm thinkin about startin on some Tylenol PM or some shit...

I try to get 8 hours of sleep but it doesn't work out. Usually it's 5-6 hours. I can't shut my brain off either. And I wake up a lot during the night. I go to bed at 10 and I wake up at either 5:45 or 7:15, depending on my schedule and where I am working that day. ( I am a rover.) However, if I get too much sleep, or more than 8 hours, I am sleepier that day. I try to have a drink before bed. Like hot cocoa with rum. Just something so I can relax easier and sleep faster.

Fuck I am starting to get like 5 hours of sleep to. I get off work around midnight and I cant sleep till 5:30 sometimes 6. I have been taking Tylenol PM that shit worked a few times but the past couple of times it hasnt.

Then dumbasses this morning come knocking at my door at 10:30 after I went to bed at 6, talking about how they had some survey for people who spoke spanish.

I heard melotonin is suppose to help you sleep. I took some last night shit didnt work either.

actually i think it was after the long ass trip to cali with carrots and his brother

got home went to sleep for 15 hours, woke up to go to the bathroom eat/drink for like an hour and then went back to sleep for like another 12

I always get insomnia, I take melatonin for it quite often and it usually always works. The only time it dosent work is if I had already been taking it every night for awhile and I get a tolerance. Ive been sick the past couple of days and even Nyquil couldn't put me to sleep, I had to take a melatonin to get the job done.

I wake up like 5-6 times every night, if not more. It's fucking annoying. I usually go to bed between 11 and 1 and get up at 8 on the weekdays...On weekends I usually sleep more...But I've been told that periods of 3 hours sleep for the body are cooh. So if you sleep 3, 6, or 9 you should be all good....But people know themselves better than I do, that's just what I heard. I think my record for sleep was 17 hours straight after I got my wisdom teeth pulled....Then I woke up and took some vics and slept for either 12 or 14 more hours.....Tylenol PM isn't good to take for long periods of time anyway...The best thing you can do to get good, natural sleep, is exercise you ass off. Go run a couple miles or play a few games of basketball with your friends or whatever it is you like to do. But push yourself and you'll sleep well. And if not after all that, fuckin smoke a bowl or somethin, lol...

My sleep has always been fcuked off. I can function on 4-5, usually get 5-7, but need to train myself to get to sleep earlier so I can get a solid 7-9. Excercise, diet, and alcholhol & bud intake also plays a roll in the quality & quantity of the sleep.

I also think genetics has a strong roll in relation to sleep patterns...

I need to hit up the pharmacy to re-up on my Melatonin. I'm careful about regulate them though, b/c I don't want to become co-dependant on some pills to have to sleep. However, at choice times, they are nice aid for me...

i've heard that diabetes causes insomnia...i have to go to the gym or run to burn my useless energy, i usually try to do both in the same day...

thats what i was gonna say.... if you workout it will make you sleep more regularly unless you got a real problem

I hate sleeping in. Even if i go to bad at 3 or 4 am, i'd rather wake up around 8 or 9 am rather than like 1 or 2 pm, cuz then if you do, half the day is gone already.

i just get into a bad habit of staying up late. i love staying up late, i feel more comfortable doin shit...gaming, watching tv or movies, reading, etc.....i dont really see the point in getting up early unless u have to work or for school...but i always feel like i should sleep more. i usually get around 7 hours of sleep, which is not too bad, but im constantly tired.

i work from 10 at nite to 6 in the morning so i sleep during most of the day... i find it hella hard too stay asleep.. specially knowing theres a world bustling out there...

fell asleep at like 2 in the morning.. woke up and noticed the sun was goin down but thought it was just coming up.. .LOL i was all "fuck i only slept for a little bit but still feels like i slept for hours" hahhaha i did sleep for hours

my sleep schedule has been fucked up, sometimes i cant go to sleep till 4 or 5 then i have to wake up at like 9 or 10, then i been sick lately cuz i been eating dinner at like midnight, then by the time i get to school in the morning i have to take a shit
