Innocent to proven guilty...really?

I thought about this lil phrase here. When you look at it, does it make sense? I mean...they say youre innocent to proven guilty, but the whole time, youre in jail until proven innocent. With that being said...do you think it should be "Guilty til' proven Innocent?" They might not call it that, but thats how it is.

I know that..but if youre innocent then why are you sitting in jail before a conviction in the first place? Thats my point. If a man is innocent, then he should be on the streets, not in jail until proven innocent.

"They" only say that shit to comfort you....

I feel the same way. Once your convicted (of any crime), I dont think anybody will believe your side of the story. Not the cops that Interrogated you, not the DA thats tryin to lock you down. and if it reaches trial; not even the mothafuckin jury will...
