masta steele is a tape only release, i bought it for less than $20. it's rare but nobody is interested in this item thats why the price is low :)
big shell is also tape only and damn rare, i have never seen it on ebay. i think it will go for more than 100 bucks

That Masta Steele actually came out on cd, but very limited! Somebody offered $70 on here for 1, but who knows how much you can get for it. I think it may have even been only 100 of them released if I remember correctly. I bet if that c'ster came out on cd, then probably just a cd-r release. I know c'ster has come out with cd-r release/s.

in case of a cd re-release the value of the tape (in my opinion it's still a tape only release) will not be influenced
I think it depends, because it definitely can decrease the value of a tape & I don't see how it could be a tape only release if it isn't. If you think I said the masta steele was re-released, then I didn't. It came out on cd the same time it came out on tape, but very limited. Some would still call it a tape only release, but I wouldn't due to the fact I actually did see it in a store at the time it was available.

Fuck my guess as good as urs probablly just a really rare promo tape maybe only a couple hundred releases. I aint down with shit thats rare and sounds horrible tho, strictly like 2 collect classics I know have almost all good tracks... Tapes dont even got the artwork or nuthin they aint the same... N its funny cus most of these artists that have oop cd's selling for 500+ dont even realize it so its somtimes best to contact tha artist thats how Ive got the majority of my expensive rare shit ..
