First of all my cousin Devon lives on Delaware St in San Diego. I,ve only been to S.D. a few times and noticed a couple of active (Norte Gangs) in the vicinity. Like the "California St 14ers"! There barrio is located off Imperial Beach Blvd in San Diego. I saw some vatos wearing red with fourteen jerseys on. I also saw numerous tagging's of California St 14ers crossing out "1904 Surenos". Does anybody know what barrio is 1904?
