How do you manage to come up with fresh content on a weekly basis?

Or is it the same stuff rehashed over and over and over but just coming out of different peoples' mouths?

thats a good question basicly each week has a different subject matter we both know there are tons of different job in this industry well each week is a certain job but at the same time on each panel we try and have a artist and a dj becasue it is essential for listeners to alway be able to ask them questions but if u want to learn how to wire a studio then have it up and running this is for you if u want to know how to become a publicist thsi is for you manager, graphic designer ect if u are and up and comin engineer you can get mixing and mastering tips plus advice on all equipment how it works and wut is efficent for your budjet big or small hope your catching on to wut im sayin this is gonna cover all that its just different every week and yeah some people may think a panel on mixing and mastering could be boaring but then again some up and coming producers that wanna learn would luv to sit threw that convo and ask questions its all up to them if they want to learn and mabey it can put a few more better sounding albums on our bay shelf cuz lord knows we need that good question i hope this helped thanks

Yes Yes.... Good to see the feedback, lets keep this going... We gotta lead by example, some people wont just act on their own, they need a reason to do something like this. With the established artists that are coming, and the up and comers who are also coming, that's leading by example and gives reason to more people to come and participate

Dion, what Daddy Rich said is very true, we do try each week to have a theme, a focus subject for the Panel Discussions, but it doesn't always work out exactly like we'd like it to. It depends on who shows up and who doesn't. If we wanna do a Producer Panel and only one Producer shows up then we have to change the focus on the spot, but we do try to have a theme each time, and by us promoting it harder and harder and getting more people involved hopefully more people will come out and support and we can for sure define the exact subject matter each week. But we to try to keep it general as well for people who have any industry related questions. We're trying to get people to open up as well. Like I said at the last Panel, EVERYONE in the building obviously has questions or they wouldn't have showed up, so we're trying to get people to stop being so shy and hard, and speak up, because we all know if one person has a certain question, chances are, 5 other people in the room have the same question but just don't want to ask it. You should come out one of these weeks Dion, you could sit on a Panel as well if you want.
