Damn Loki thats fuckin tight! To hear an artist of one genre give props to a totally different one! And a lot of you are Tool fans, man I didnt really expect that... good shit all.

Im about to see Tool live for the 2nd time this year on Thursday! Playing like 400 feet from my dorm room. Bout to smoke a blunt to the face and just chill with the music hittin me.. cant wait.

And yea Undertow is my favorite CD from Tool also. Well, Undertow and Aenima, they are tied, depending what mood im in.

Tight...

@ mtown:
i didn't say imitating--i said biting. as for the
spelling, i got that info from a source rather
than confirm on my own. which could be a
mistake on my part. my source (that's it,
im taking that hobo off his lazor malt liquor
welfare i keep him on) could be wrong.
which means, like they say, you want
something done right, you got to do
it yourself.

^^^you right, the rap/metal genre has never
impressed me. dudes like fred durst buy their
legitimacy by paying real hip-hop artists to
collaborate with him. he's an embarrasment
all around. but deftones do a good job of it
when they want to. problem is, a lot of these
guys shout to be heard over the guitars & lose
all mic. control in the process.
Deftones are sick as all hell! one of my favorite rock bands, if not my favorite...theyre right up there with TOol for putting you into a certain zone/mood. saw em perform back in 8th grade, tightest concert ive ever been to. Chino can flow pretty well too, he did the raps to the Korn song "Wicked" (a remake of Ice Cubes track). i think a Siccmade/Deftones collab would be slumpin, plus with both being from Sac, it would be some hometown love

i saw korn the other night here in sac, their bassist lays down some tight basslines that would sound hella nice with some rappin, the 2 songs they did with cube are tight and the tightest shit is when CHino (from deftones) and korn do 'wicked" by ice cube...of the hook on the album and even better live! ... deftones from sac...siccmade from sac... see what im thinkin........
damn, ol boy beat me to it:(

PANTERA........true savages.
Bam Bam knows the rill....a Pantera/Siccmade collab would turn into a slaughter-fest!!! lol, too bad the whole fact Pantera is a bunch of southern redneck confederet flag totin cowboys probably would prevent any such thing from happening
