Would u get in trouble for having your own song on MP3.com, but the instrumental belonged to a rapper........ I rap u know but i dont know how to make my own beats..........I use rappers instrumentals like 3 6 mafia and snoop dogg and shit........ Can u get in trouble for using there beats.........I mean its my own lyrics but using someone elses beat..........hit me up on this.........thanx......laterz..........

Its like this, I doubt they'll sue your ass just for bustin over their beats for the fuck of it, and puttin that shit on mp3.com Or even puttin em on CD over your lyrics. If you don't sell the CDs, you don't got shit to worry about.

The same thing goes for sampling beats (if you get the pattern authorized by the orginal producer, you dont got shit to worry about) I got the Michael Myers Halloween theme in one of my beats, I changed it up a lil bit. But the chances are, he will never hear that shit. Therefore I really givva fuck.

If you get no publicity, fuck em. Do what you gotta do.
