i dont get how you think that? dude kept sayin he was going to shoot whatever he could if they released the dogs. he was bluffin, and he got shot, they were doin what was right, he could of just gave himself up and shit would of been cool, but he kept sayin he had a gun and sayin he was going to shoot everyone.
