illegal smog??

gotta 95 impala ss... I just know it has one bad cat. converter on the driver side and when I had someone do the test on it a list of problems came up.. Id rather just hope to find someone get my paperwork done illegally instead of having to fix everything to get it to pass.. and I heard if it fails the 3rd time I'd have to go to sacramento police to have them inspect it.. so I just need someone who can gurantee me a pass
ok well do you plan on keeping the car for long term? Only reason I ask is because ive dealt with smog on numerous vehicles that I have owned and its a PITA.
I would say throw a cat on there and fix the other little things. Only makes since because smog will be due again in another 2 yrs and youll be going through the same problem. Since its an SS id say do it those cars go up in value every year if its a true SS and not a clone.

I been lookin for someone to pass my Chevy for a cool minute. I was ridin around on photo-copied numbers for a long ass time, then they flipped the script and got these new numbers you gotta pay $50 for, and it look like they have some kinda reflective thing on it. They just make things so difficult to ride around this muthf*cca
yup $250 is the average price.. but no one seems to be able to get my shit done since its been failed twice in Oak and labeled as a "gross polluter" now.. thats where you got fucked....the dudes that failed your car twice are dicks. they couldve easily aborted the test each one of the those times once they knew you werent gonna pass. From what i understand you have a bad cat? cars can pass with bad cats, the smog tech just needs to let the vehicle warm up longers thus heating the cats...your car is now labeled and being tracked in the state system, youre gonna have to go to a specific state approved test center sorry you gotta go through all the b.s....if you got any car ?'s holler im in the sports section.....
