There is an intrinsic superiority complex among American whites that is manifested in several ways, even among those attempting to make the races equal or even subvert their own race. The notion that "black people can't do it" because of the system and that black people are basically incapable of any success is racism, tantamount to the fear white peopl ehave of being robbed at night by a black man. The "two word spanish" I see like "tienes cigaro muchacho" or "ill have a carne asada con todo" is another example of racism. You are assuming that Latinos/Mexicans cannot speak English, and thus you try to bridge the gap with your poorer educated compatriots.
Also, when you have an opportunity to sit next to a black man or a white man, and you choose the black man to prove you are not racist, you are in fact racist.
