Isnt that ironic how you say kill the motherfucker cause right now he is on suicide watch, peep:
SAN DIEGO — Barret Robbins, the Oakland Raiders' All-Pro center, was on suicide watch yesterday in a San Diego hospital, a family member said.
Robbins, who has received long-term treatment for depression, suffers from a bipolar disorder.
"We are very worried about Barret," the family member said. "That is all I can say right now."
A friend said Robbins was hospitalized Sunday after he became distraught when the Raiders attempted to put him on a plane following his removal from Sunday's roster for what the club called "unspecified disciplinary problems."
Four anonymous teammates told the San Francisco Chronicle that Robbins spent Saturday in Tijuana, Mexico. A team source said Robbins was suffering from alcohol poisoning after drinking too much that day.
Drew Pittman, Robbins' agent, said Robbins tested negative for any drugs. But further tests could determine his future with the Raiders.
"If he was willingly irresponsible and negligent ... he's probably a goner," Pittman said. "If it's something other than that, which it could be, there might be some understanding."
