ok, this is exactly what i have contemplated and thoroughly discussed with others.
now, considering that the majority of Americans are not happy with the troops in iraq, and the whole Bush administration, then IF McCain wins, then everyone will be expecting only a lil bit better than what Bush has done, they will expect bare minimum in change. McCain's whole deal is national defense, etc. so we know that we will continue to invade other countries, and advance our space defense systems. If something crazy happens like a total meltdown of the economy, then it will be already a known outcome for the majority of americans who are not dependent on the national defense employment agencies. Now, people will be less likely to revolt in mass numbers because they will feel just like Bush's re-election, "oh well, we chose him we have to deal w/ it"
Now, if Obama wins, then if the same thing happens, complete meltdown of economy, american 'way of life' etc. and shit is going bad, then people will be entirely pissed, and there is a much larger chance of a large revolt, especially because he promised change and a better future. Now, through this people will have to come to realizations of what is truly important, how they are going to grow as individuals and as a country. And a national(maybe global, i dunno) shift of consciousness will occur, if this would situation ensued.
those are just my own ideas and assumptions of how we could change our lives through the destruction of what we think is good for us(lol well siccness hates the gov. but i'm sayin most americans semi-trust governments for basic well being)
anyone have thoughts or revisions of this through there own ideas?
