I THINK EVEN GAME HOPES HE DO THE NUMBERS.ALL THEM MIXTAPES AND ALL THE TIME HE SPENT ON DISS TRACKS I HOPE THAT DONT OR DIDNT TAKE AWAY FROM THE ALBUM. I WAS NEVER A BIG GAME FAN AT ALL BUT I LOVE WHEN THE WEST WINS SO I HOPE HE DO HIS NUMBERS.I THINK THE ONE BLOOD SINGLE IS A WAY TO SHOW HE IS IN CONTROL OF HIS PROJECT BUT I DONT THINK THAT WAS A GOOD FIRST SINGLE I THINK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HIS SECOND SINGLE MY SELF.

To me there really isnt a worst case scenario because Snoop will be out. Now if you're saying a "new" west coast rapper....man who knows...that could be years and years. The industry already doesnt really want us in the game as is. And the one with the most power in the industry(Dre) doesnt seem to be too concerned

2.WHAT CONTROL DO WE REALLY HAVE ON MAKING ARTIST MAJOR TO FILL THE SPOT OF THOSE THAT WERE ONCE THERE. THE INDUSRTY IS THE ONE WHO IS GOING TO MAKE IT GO BIG IF THEY FEEL THERE IS MONEY TO BE MADE SO WE REALLY DONT KNOW.
I THOUGHT THE INDUSRTY WOULD HAVE ALREADY TRY TO MAKE A "BIG" GROUP TO FEED OFF THE BAY AND WERE THE MOVMENT IS AT. BUT THAT I HAVE YET TO SEE.

If Game don't sell, I think that it will be however long it takes a BIG NAME Wescoast producer to get behind a young hungry artist. QUIK can do it, DRE obviously can do it, Ric Rock can do it. They have the machines to get product out worldwide and airplay on many, many stations. There are plenty of cats out there that have what it takes to be "The One", but that strong label push and top notch production is what's missing in the majority of cases. Shit with the amount of effort DRE put into Busta Rhymes album...EVEN I coulda went GOLD. (joke)

mid-late 2007 - Bishop Lamont's album pushed by AFTERMATH
& then you have all the ogs dropping albums consistently....
with or without game the situation is pretty cool right now imo....

If he doesnt do numbers, i think it will be real soon that we see another west coast artist...I doubt that we would have to wait cuz the shine is making its way west, the industry has too many southern cats, all music is starting to sound the same mainstream wise...PPL are naturally gonna search for somethin better, i think that process has already started and its movin westward...I think the situation with Mitchy Slick has a real positive outlook. I think dude has potential to make some noise nation-wide, specially cuz hes got a large following of daygo ppl behind him. We'll be in good shape regardless of what The game does, but i doubt game does anything less then platinum.

SO THE FOCUS IS NOT ALL ON 1 ARTIST. THAT'S WHAT PROMOTION DOES...BUT WHO PROMOTES THE HARDEST, OR THE MOST EFFECTIVE? THATS WHAT WILL TAKE THE NEXT WEST COAST ARTIST TO GOLD OR PLATINUM(MTV, BET)...HIS LABEL, HIS HISTORY(HATERS DON'T SUPPORT FOLKS THEY DON'T RELATE TO-RELATED TO IGNORANCE), WHO'S ENDORSING HIM, DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE RADIO POLITICS SO IT BASICALLY COMES DOWN TO $$$$$$$$$$$. His 16's are FIRE! but I think he lacks alittle on the choruses(Im speaking about post 50 cent work). This comment is based upon what Ive heard on the mixtapes hes released. I have have my fingers crossed hoping his album does very well, im a fan, and anything doing good numbers from the west is a very very good thing.
