nothing that Dre puts out at this point will be better than the Chronic. Times have changed and the beats he has made latley are not that good...Not to mention that its taken a decade of announcing that Detox is coming soon that the anticipation will lead to a huge let down.

Nothing we heard so far its official so I think it too early to make that statement. And Dre beats are all about the mixing and mastering that is what separates him self from the rest. Someone can make an identical beat as dre but it won't bang the same. He has that surround sound to his beats so until we hear a song from Detox that is official and mixed and mastered to Dre expectations I think it's to early to make any calls.

We have to be honest with ourselves. I partially agree with you that anything that has Dre's name on it will sell more units, but it will not be enough to top or even match the success of the Chronic. Myself and the rest of the world im sure is still hanging on to some hopes that the Detox does come out and that it will be tight. But there isno guarntee. Even the songs that leaked, had they been fully mastered by him are not jaw dropping which is what people are waiting to hear...:confused:
