from what i remember (and this is way back in the day and a lot's happened since then and acute memory always proves faulty at best), the locc 2 da brain album kept getting the greenlight then pushed back. after a while, the artists got tired of the run-around and went on to other things. there were a few songs done, and you can find them on since-Doc albums -- odysea and his own LPs. I've heard of fans putting those tracks together, but just outta fanfare and never of enough cut-length to merit a full album. personally, from what i'd heard once, i thought most of the tracks were dry and cold shouldered, like they wanted to put a locc 2 da brain album together just to put a locc 2 da brain album together. but that was my impression and who knows, some of the peoples here might really like the tracks that are out there, maybe even call it laid back. who knows . ..
