Iv always wondered this and I figured I would open this up to discussion and see what you all thought...

I just wonder if Kutt and/or Krizz ever get tired of always being in the shadow of Tech? To me it would seem like it would be hard to constantly have to try and outshine someone instead of just doing your own thing. No matter what Kutt or Krizz do, Tech is always right there in front or right beside them with the bigger light on him.

Especially with Kutt, I feel like he has a more dominant personality like Tech does and would want to do shit his own way sometimes...

You ever think they get into arguements about that kinda shit? Or are they just cool with being sidekicks of him all the time?

No matter what job you find you will always have to deal with a boss or someone bigger than you. Only way to get around that is starting your own shit (Strange Music) or just workin your way up the latter in that company

I don't think Krizz minds much....but I've always felt that Kutt's gotta a little issue with it.

Skat and Snug thought they could make it on their own without tech...that hasnt exactly worked out so well for them

I think Krizz could make it, Kutt...not so much

I have a feeling Kutt will become more and more discouraged with "sharing the limelight." I would not be surprised if he "pulled an Obie Trice" and formed his own label and went solo.

Although, Kutt is very smart, he won't want to abandon all the love and adoration he receives just by being a part of the team. So who knows??????

As for Krizz, he has all the potential in the world to become just as big, if not bigger than Tech N9ne. His only problem would be his image, in terms of marketing. I love Krizz to death! But when the average person see's his face, they may be discouraged to interact with him or purchase his album. I myself, was taken aback when I saw the T9X DVD and saw his scarring. I fully understand his illness and just because he has vitiligo does not make him less of a man, whatsoever.

My point is that the average-non-understanding person, might not be so receptive.

Other than that, Krizz Kaliko is the second greatest talent on the label. He deserves a platform for his creative 'genius.'

in a lot of the interviews i have seen, tech (krizz and kutt for that matter) refer to all three of them as tech n9ne...like a tech show isnt a tech show without them....

like ole dude said its more of a synergy...tech wouldnt be tech without them, and they wouldnt be them without tech...

Anytime you have a "main act" Tech being that "main act" everyone else comes second. As harsh as that seems it's the truth. Obie Trice parted ways with Shady records for reasons similar to that because Eminem was and is the main focus on Aftermath/Shady Records and he felt he wasn't getting enough attention to expand his career. 50 Cent has said numerous times that his albums will wait until Em's have been pushed and distributed because Em's the "boss" and main attraction. Tech is the center of attention on Strange Music and that's the bottom line. I think Kutt and Krizz are a great addition to Tech's music and stage performances but could Tech do it on his own? Of course he could.

I do hope that Krizz and Kutt have learned what it's like to be independent without Tech, obviously their solo albums show they can be, and they're great individual artists, but I don't think they'd progress too much more without T9 with them. I'm not meaning that in a mean way at all either. They both have had their own sets at every show I've been too but the fans want to see Tech Tech Tech N9ne N9ne N9ne as soon as they arrive at the venue, to be frank.

I hope they always stay with Tech. It wouldn't be the same without Kutt and especially Krizz.

And to tell you the truth, Kutt and Krizz gain some serious fans off of Tech N9ne. I mean, how many people discovered them by getting seriously into Tech? I did.
