from what i saw on the tv there was alot less hippies at this g20 summit than in the riots in seattle a few years back, it was a different crowd there

Man, it was pretty peaceful. I agree with some of the groups (there were lots of groups) such as the Free Palestine comment. I also agreed with a lot of the United Steel Workers. Some people there are hippies who just seem to follow this around never taking a bath. There are people there tho, no matter how impossible it may seem, which believe these protests will make a difference. In my opinion, it is not desperate enough conditions in the USA for more than 8 or 10 thouisand people to march in protest. Maybe five years from now if things never get better you may find 100,000 or 250,000 protesters. I bet things will start to change then. I just wanted to check it out since its global. I will probably never be at one again and its here in my own backyard so I would not want to look back and think that I should have gone. I wish I got a tshirt or something tho
