Viagra doesn't make sex better or cause you to last longer.

Mook is correct about it just increasing blood flow. It inhibits phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE 5), causing smooth muscle relaxation in the corpus cavernosum allowing inflow of blood. From what I understand Viagra at recommended doses, has no effect in the absence of sexual stimulation, meaning it won't just spontaneously give you a pitched tent........
