I think Tech should take a bunch of his old songs and remix the beats a lil and put an album out like that. I bet you could change some of his older stuff (Einstein, Imma Tell, Yada Yada Yada, This Ring, Be Jealous, Devil Boy ect.) and make sum brand new beats for em or add more to the existing beats and make them into sum pretty sweet new tracks...

He could make it into the new Vintage Tech... "Vintage Tech 2: The Remix"

What ya'll think?! I think this would be hella tight if he did this...

Of course I feel those tracks.. They are all sicc as fuck, I mean look at Im A Playa, the original is dope as fuck, but the remix he put on the last vintage was hella tight too.. Doesnt mean the new one is better, or the old one aint good enough, its just nice to get something different... thats all Im sayin

I think it would be sweet to see some of these older songs on newer fresher beats just to see what they could mix up together. Of course these are all bad ass fuckin songs tho

I dont see why people think makin a remix takes away anything from a classic song. It has nothing to do with that. Its just something alot of artists do, and it works out well for the most part. Look at like all the 2pac and Biggie albums that have been remixed and put back out, they are sicc as fuck.

But yeah like Blade said, that would be a sweet idea, add a bonus remix disc to the new album.

I gaurentee if Tech ever did this, most if not all would like it. And also think about this... All of the new fans that he has gained lately that may not know about all of his good old songs, its not like he can just re-release them, so putting them out with a new remixed beat would be a good way to get some his old, classic, really tight shit back out to the new market of fans that will buy his next cd.

My opinion is any every day dj could make a remix album. Let tech shine on what he does... I think he is in the right direction with throwing out new shit.

Can't really see Tech going this route, I mean he had an issue with releasing Everready Leftovers to his fans because it was 3 year old material. Do you really thing he's going to pull together an album FULL of old previously released material and remix it? I just don't see it happening.

ummm.... vintage tech??

plus, if it's a remix album the beats would probably change

but i agree it would have to be right... like givin them to good ass "producers" to work on and the quality of the "producers" would make this a quality release... it would be the shit if all the producers weren't even all rap beat makers... imagine muggs, amon tobin, prodigy, dj shadow, etc mixing some of the crazy shit... damn....
