Hey, if you think it is, ill take it. I'd call 20 big squeeze beats trash if i could lace up a whole album up with em! Haha...

Right now, there's not much more you can do, aside from signing a whole slew of new artists to try to beef up interest in your company and on the streets. Other than that, dropping continuously, promoting with intensity, and touring extensively is about all you can do!

Seeing as though you've consistantly put out albums, and actively tour on a monthly basis...No. Anybody can put out 1 album, get a lil radio play, and drop off the face of the scene.

It takes dedication to do the same thing with 4 straight albums back-to-back!

Speaking intelligently and being a geek are two different things. Not too many label CEOs can also run an e-zine, write insightful articles, and conduct relevant and interesting interviews.

Being well-spoken doesnt make you a lame. It presents you as a business-oriented person who doesnt fuck around with simps!

Ill let everybody else speak on that...

If you changed it, i'd lose (nearly) every ounce of respect i ever had or will have for you. (And i mean that quite literally!)

Until someone else can truthfully claim the #1 spot, or anything even remotely close to it, leave it as it is. The #1 label applies now, and not too many labels can even claim that, let alone, back it up.

1. Naw dog, that tales of a g was tight, heard that mac money was tight too, but i havent got a chance to peep it yet.

2.Nope, its hard to say what is the #1 label, cause their ain't many that are doin things in the first place

3. LOL.......dont no what to say on this one......naw just playin, who ever said that need to check themselves. Think about it, u showin support to your fans, and keepin us updated on events, thats part of the job....u aint the one tryin ta net beef......hopefully.

4. Thats on u, but i wouldnt change it till someone can prove it wrong with sum facts.

Did lil ole me spark somthing up MR DOG lol im just playin but.......the best lable in Washington stuff depends on what your talking about???if your talking about music wise I dont think so. SLR got that on lock and threw away the key....That other stuff you say promotions and radio plays in other states/countrys nobody know's if thats talk or not. and the street cred stuff I wouldnt know I dont know people you know so I havent heard anything about you....But what I will say is your in the top at least 5 of most known lables in WA no doubt.....and I'll tell you again the beats are bangin.....That Mac Money cd is pretty tight too

I see a lot of people hating on Mr. DOG and i kind of scratch my head and wonder why. When I first heard him I thought shit was creative but wasnt really feeling it entirely. But I got Ghetto Politics and that quickly changed my mind shit has really grown on me, and I now bump this album on a consistent basis Piranhas is the cut. He has kind of a different flow but I like that shit hearing people who can spit something different on the mic, I swear too many people are carbon copies of other rappers now a days thats why the bay isnt as consistent. The beats are solid on every BWR album I have heard Big Squeeze really has a good handle on that and I think it compliments DOG in the way that he flows. On the business side I think he is one of the best always promoting his shit as hard as he can , hustling his cds between the streets and the internet, working with established artists in the game, one of the few local artists to do shows regularly, getting radio play, pretty much has his town on lock everytime I mention Tacoma and music people say his name, just doing a whole lot of things. I mean the guy didn't win the Mayor's award for being the best record label for nothing, they dont just give that out for fun or randomly pick someone its well deserved and a respectable award. I support DOG not only cause he is in the NW but also cause i respect his business tactics and the way he handles shit, i got my package like the next day after i sent my money in, some artists which i wont name took three motherfucking weeks to send my shit. He may not be my absolute favorite rapper, but you cant knock the guy for all the shit that he is trying to do. Just my 206 cents.

Lil Boo Boo Terd: I didn't put this up here because I was questioning myself. I'm confident about what I'm doing and I stand behind everything I say. If I were to let every hater get to me, I would've been hung up my boots.
I put this up as a smart businessman. I wanted to see what folks in Seattle thought of me and my label. I also was gonna let you see what folks thought of me and my label since you seem to know. And last but not least, I wanted to seperate the haters from the real critics. You've obviously proved which one you are.

Da Killer: #1. You sparked up nothing. All this hating Boo Boo terd is doing made me think. I thought of something good too and that is that I never asked all of you what you thought of me and my music. I ask folks all the time but I talk to yall daily and never asked. I'm one of the few folks that always ask people what they think of my shit. I even get told that I'm too worried about what people think. But I didn't ask yall so now I'm asking.
#2. Come on with the extras Ryan! I asked if you thought we were the best label. Who you think has the best music is something else. Like I stated already, the best label means best all around from every aspect. I'm asking for your opinion so don't think I'm gonna get defensive, let's just stick to the questions at hand.
#3. You should ask peeps about all this other stuff. I need your real email so I can send you my press letter. It goes out every month and I report to everyone where & when we chart on anybody's chart, new shows, new interviews & reviews, what's coming up with us and more. It's not my fault your not informed. Besides why would I have to lie? But since you need proof, ask Kun Luv about Australia, I took him with me. Ask D-Sane about the charts, he been getting my press letter for sometime now. In fact, that is how he learned about AfricaGateway.com where he sent his product to get reviewed after seeing our reviews. Ask Bullet about all my contacts in the U.K. Ask Mobius of Brougham Camp about me charting in Canada. He was spinning my music on CHKG 96.5fm. And ask Tony B. of KUBE about me, he gets every last accomplishment from me in his email as soon as it happens. Read some of the interviews I've been in. Magazines don't report lies. They search for the truth and need proof before they report something you've told them.
Top 5! That's a down right insult. I know you love SLR but who are the other 4 you feel I'm behind?

1: YOUR solo's are tight, besides that nah...i wasn't feeling that NWRIDING at all.

2: i don't know the sells that the NW acquires, but looking at how many peeps post on this board, then looking at the people sleepping on your board, i'd say street level is bout' to blow up.

3: i use to live in tac, and nobody really knew you...but that was when WET ep first hit the streets, least to say a while ago.

4:the only thing i see that needs changing is that link to your web site, make it so you can click on it and it takes you there...besides that fuck it, your record company has been in the game the longest, that actually still has good sales nation or westcoast wise.

Od og felon- You must be talking about Getting Paid. That was the EP and WET was the album.
Getting Paid was my first project and the introduction to me as Mr. D.O.G. The entire town knew me by another alias that had nothing to do with rapping.
Noone really knew I rapped professionally when I dropped the EP. That is why I dropped it, to make that transition and get people to know me as a rapper as well as the owner of the only Hydraulic, Rim, and Candy Paint shop in Tacoma.
Yeah, that's right I did that. If you are old enough, and from the Tac, you will know about D's Autobody & Lik Shop. It was downtown on 21st & Jefferson.
Besides most peeps that wasn't from the Hill knew me by my car, not by name. I was the only cat in '92 riding a car as plush as the Doghouse.
* All gold rims
* Remote start, lock, windows, and auto sounds. (I got this shit when it first came out)
* TV & VCR (before screens were popular)
* Sunroof, WET paint, and chrome & gold engine.
* and 14 switches taking 1st place at the Lowrider shows from Portland, to Seattle, to Yakima. I was in Orlies and Lowrider back then. Please believe it!
And as far as my links they do go straight there. What link(s) are you talking about?
I'm not gonna entertain that Street Level comment because I have nothing against Street Level. I've already said that they are doing their thang. And I can't force people to go to my forum. They are comfortable here so I post here too.
