Yeah man...I got the M-Audio Radium 49...using it w/ Reason 3...doesn't really matter what you use...its what you do with it IMO.

Check out GC tho...you can play with everything in there and decide for yourself.

M Audio makes some good controllers, that novation one is a superb one tho, i have the full version of the remote25. Don't really worry about how many knobs and switches it has, i guarantee you, that you wont be using them as much as using your mouse. Remote25 works hand in hand with reason.

I just got an "M-Audio Axiom 49" controller at Guitar Center and use it with FL Studio 6. $hit is dope, comes with 9 sliders, 8 rotary knobs, 8 rubberized drum pads and 15 assignable buttons. It's pretty jam packed with features. It's also really sturdy and has semi-weighted keys. I got it for $240 out the door, pretty expensive, but it's all good I'll definitely be using it for a while since it pretty much has everything.

ima broke ass college student but i know i can make sum heat.....is that cool for now?? about 150 is as deep as i can go cuz im in the shits right now cuz of school

That's pretty small man, that "25" key. Your gonna have to go through the hassle of switching the octaves. I would go with a 49 key if I was you, it atleast gives you bit more range to work with.

That M-Audio Radium49 seems perfect for you.

I got it at my nearest Guitar Center here in San Diego. Your in Sacramento though, so I don't know about over there.

It's worth more than $240 though (about $270 I believe if I would have payed the full original price), but the dude gave me a discount cuz I told him I really didn't expect to pay that much. My initial intention was to spend around like $170 at most, but after demoing the other ones, they just didn't feel as good as this Axiom 49. The others either seemed a bit more tacky feeling like they could easily break or didn't have enough features as this Axiom that made me feel their even worth paying $150-170 for. So after talking with this dude for a while about other stuff and what not, he got cool with me and gave me this discount that I couldn't refuse. It's still pretty expensive when you think about it, but I mainly bought it because I like the durability of this controller, as well as it's features of course.
