i'm not tryin to clown but is this what you're talking about? like the MD pic in the middle? if so, nearly EVERY t shirt printing place will do that. just shoot them a pic and they'll print it on.

ya i just give my guy a jpg...what makes mine alot better than ones you see alot of times is that mine arent wallpapers or lil ass images found on the web...mine are basically 11x17 designed posters printed on a tee...

it just depends on the size and if its glossy or flat...
