Well my brother went on the computer and messed messed somethings up, last time it happened i fixed it wit a simple system restore, this time i couldnt.
Now i cant put up a wallpaper for some reson, all i can see is the blue, i cant pin up any things like the enternet exploror on the start menue, i click on pin, but nothin happened, and the size of stuf got messed up, any help on what to do will be thanked.
