First of all, whats the main difference between an upgrade version, and a regular version of office xp.

im pretty sure the upgrade...you have to have a windows operating system on your computer already....its like upgrading from 95 to 97...you would of had to have 95 already to use the 97 upgrade.....the full version would be able to load onto just a blank ass hard drive with no operating system
