I am the producer formerly known as 4, I lost....................But..Nothing.I Did My best,but it wasnt good enough.When I made it to the second round,I was surprised..Its kind of cool some people liked my beats and even being compared to quik(Damn Not even close) .I knew when the second round came and I heard my opponents beat..he had me.I reviewed some of the comments and man my homies clowned the shit out of me...someone said It sounded like zelda..Damn I had to laugh at that myself,all In all It was fun.Ive talked to other contestants and some feel it wasnt fair or there was some cheating etc,I feel everything was 100% fair,I have some ideas to address any further concerns and how we can make it a bigger turnout next time,Ill wait til this is over...Just wanted to unmask myself for the curious

Sup 50cal...shit mayne..at least you made it to round 2, thats coo all in itself. What kinda cheatin you talkin bout tho? The only way I can think of is rallyiin up people to vote for you, and im not even sure if thats considered cheatin.....But to me it was annoymous like amuthafukka, I didnt kno who was who...i just heard knokkers....

This is what Im talkin about right here..not everyone was kept aware,or some people was like oh I thought it was already over..But thats just a few thangs...again I think it was fair,you gotta realize that those who thought there was some shady shit are the ones eliminated...I think there suspiciouns were incorrect but we can always look for ways to improve and leave little or no doubt..Beleive me I could have easily got people to come vote for me,but Thats not what it was all about

well i'm doing this contest blind..
i have no capability to hear people's beats at all..
and for the record i only told 1 cat to vote for me, and that the homie raw deal who is in my group!
and i would feel less of a producer if i had to campaign to get votes, let the musci speak for itself

keep elevatin and don't let a loss bring you down. Losing against someone in a tourney does not make that person a better beat maker then you. People forget that it's BEAT vs. BEAT, not Producer vs. Producer. Like others have said if it were Producer vs. Producer...each person pitting 1 beat against eachother and having abunch of people online from primarily the same area voting on that 1 beat battle isn't going to determine who thehotter beat maker is...It just determines which beat the majority of the people from that area was feelin. As for cheating, Cheating in this tourney is pretty easy. But for the most part i think it's been a fair tourney. just about every beat i voted on for what i thought was the better beat ended up winning there little battle.

Damn homie,.Let me spell it out....There is this thing called a beat contest...Right here on the siccness..Taking place in its own lil forum called special contest forum.Are you catching on yet lil man? The contest was inspired by this southern cal board ( the one your in Right Now) As Far as me bitching cause I lost..NO thats not it.Read more closely....Im giving it up to the one who beat me.I said others had a problem and felt it was unfair....I said it was all fair so Im cool lil homie...

i agree but at the same time..italo has to do with the skill level of the producer as well..
i don't mean to toot my own horn, but make pretty good damn music, so if a person beats me, its cuz they were equal or better..so its been pretty fair yeah i agree...

fa sho...im just saying...say producer 1 beats producer 2 in a battle...the majority of the people were feelin producer 1's beat more then 2's. But these battles are for just that 1 beat. Most of us producers have made hundreds of beats. Producer 2 could have like 50 beats that shit on the one producer 1 dropped...but none of those were the ones he put up. In some cases some producers are obviously better then others...but u know what im saying...lots of people make like 5 beats a week. They choose 1 beat out of there 400 beats on there harddrive...that 1 beat ends up getting beat in the tourney...that dont mean the instrumental that defeated the one track they put up is better then all 399 of there other tracks too.
