This is a design for a new t-shirt that is coming out of San Jose.

What impact do you think the design will have for SJ, if any at all?
Is this disrupting any "Bay Unity" by certain people from San Jose not willing to say they are from the bay?

Is there even such a thing as "Bay Unity"?

Remember it goes DEEPER then just a geographic location. I'm talking streets, prison, and hood shit......shit even music because most of it directly reflects those 3 things. Old School and New School opinions will differ.

i dont think thats a good idea or a good design. i think something like "I Rep San Jose" would be more appropriate because there is no need to reference "The Bay" unless you are trying start a san jose vs the bay campaign which would be counter-productive to both parties.

Im out here in AZ. when people ask me where im from i proudly proclaim San Jose!
then they go oh you from the bay?!?! DOPE!!!

I dont say nooo im from San Jo ! i just go with it.
Once music comes up i explain who we are and how pretty much the bay wants to seperate themselves from SJ at the same time certain cats wanna associate themselves to the bay from SJ. Tucson folx will understand where im coming from considering how Phoenix is the Big city in AZ and Tucson is #2...

so they mentality out here is fuck it we will do us. just like San Jo..

I keep it respectful for the rest of the bay area im mean why hate? but i do let them know SJ is mostly looked upon as not bay from a lot of folks and im ok with that.

I dont think we need any cosign from any other big city or rapper to be like San Jo is OK. Fuck that San Jo will make its own lane we got more than enuff talent out here.



Because the with the SJ on the chest i dont gotta worry about the rest.......


the Idea for the shirt is cool but we need it to have a lil better design touch to it. Caldera did some cool work on Decade Deep id get with him. or trajik1..

I really dont care about Topic, but al least step ya t shirt game up !!that designs is so plan and basic thats a DD's 5.99 shirt!! At Least Put the Shark In Side, The Outline of Cali .or get creative!!
