yeah... I ended up watching more and getting deeper into it
the diet he had him on seemed like it 75% supplements
obviously it was working because the calories were so low... but I'm with you... I'd much rather stick with whole food for most of the time

Yes recently out of 6 meals a day I might have 3 and rarely 3 supplements in a day. A day may consist of..
8:00 Whey protein shake and oatmeal. Sometimes vanilla Whey mixed with berry banana baby spinach leaf kale into green berry protein smoothie smoothie!
11:00 1.5 cans Tuna fish avocado little brown rice and bell peppers small amount of blueberries
11:30 creatine
12:00work out lift weights and cardio..
fallowed by Bcaa's imedietly and protein shake within 30 Min around 2:00
5:00 Taco whole grain tortilla Chicken beans avocado cilantro onions
8:00 1.5 cans Tuna fish with bell peppers avocado olive oil goya. salad.
9:00 cario
11:00 cottage cheese for casein protein or if I have to a casein shake.
This is example of what im doing now varying in time and meals at times of course but it's results are way better than fast food inactivity and wishful thinking. Plus I feel good as heck, minds clear Im focused. Don't know why Id ever get off this track of the way it makes you feel.
My diet gets complicated as i zig zag High calories lift heavy for 7 days... low calorie tons of cardio for 3 days light weight high rep....for my body type the mixture of the two complement each other very well.
