this looks like a good piece of equipment for ppl who dont have much space in their room/household trying to build some explosiveness. it pretty expensive tho, first payment of 14.95 plus tax (about $30) and another 4 payments of 39.95, total of about $190.

Looks pretty good, but I'd rather go with free weights. I don't really do much weight lifting tho cause my coaches tell me not to.

tell me how it is. I thought bout it, but decided not to get it. I can do some of the exercises with a door attachment and various cables from lifelineusa.com

I do like some of the exercises available and its all functional for combat.
