I cant say its all muscle, but i got up to 215 pounds, and i can still see most of my abs. So i cant have gained too much fat. So thats it, that was the goal. Now im gonna try and get used to the weight. I eat all day long, like 4 huge meals along with 5 small meals everyday. Plus all my vegetables. Gets to be a big grocery list and expensive bill. At the bbq time i was weighing 202, so i gained 14pounds, cause i actually weigh 216.
