i gotta uncle from the phillipines who is trying to migrate to america.

he's pretty crazy he stabed sumone before and he's really hard headed and always causing problems among his own family and others.

but my uncle in virginia wants to help him.i guess cause they're brothers.no one wants to take my uncle from the phillipines in because he disrespected them and caused problems in their home.

i doubt he will make it here because he needs financial support to get here and no one wants to help him.

anyway.

my uncle in virginia mentioned in a letter if my uncle in the phillipines comes to america he will take him into his home.

but if he causes problems and gets in a fight with him my uncle (virginia) he will shoot him with his gauge or cousins m 14 before the cops come.

if he does that.

my question is.is it probable cause being that he took my uncle in and he is causing trouble.

i know he has to threaten him and give him a life or death scenario.

also my uncle in virginia would have to protect his own family as long with his own life.

would my uncle in virginia go to prison?

cause i doubt if you shoot sumone with either of those guns the dude would survive.

i guess it gotta be self defense.

i guess i'm asking cause it would all be in the home and there are other people (his own family) he has to defend not just his own.

you know taking in sumone who is a danger to their well being.

i guess thats whut i'm wondering about.

That all depends...if he can prove that it was an actual life or death situation he'd get off on self defense, but if they got in somethin like a fist fight and then your uncle shot him it would probably be 2nd degree murder (possibly first but I doubt it)

i guess the welfare of his family makes me wonder cause after all he would have took him in as a danger to them and a risk to the family in the first place.

i never met the dude but i hate him already.

he fucked up alot of peoples lives.

like my dads sisters family.

he was mad for sum stupid reason and they were cooking at the time.this dude throws a bullet in a deep fryer.

destroyed their house.

and when my uncle from the phillipines made it to america and all his paper works were finished (because he actually took it upon himself to get it done,not like this dude) he chased him around town.made him stay out of his home town untill he moved to america.

i heard a bunch of crazy shit.

this one i'm kinda doubting but my uncle told me when his sister died.he was mad so that crazy uncle fliped the casket over with his sister in it.

i don't know about that that's wayyy out shit.

stabed a guy before.

this dude is fucked up mentally.hard headed and crazy.

my mom does'nt want to go to the phillipnes because of this guy.

if he came to our house doing shit like that me and my brothers would mop his ass up.

he'll prolly want to kill us for it.but fuck him!

Yeah I know the type...it seems to me like your other uncle is just inviting trouble by doing this after you've said all the shit this guy's done....I wouldnt let a dude like that around my family, has your other uncle let it be known to him that he will shoot him if he acts up?

i can't believe it cause my uncle who wants to bring him here is hella smart.his wife is smart.his kids are exeptionaly smart.i mean they acheived alot of things in life and they want to take this guy in???

i bet my cousins don't want him there i know that.
