Are they created by the companies to search for new talent or just for promotion or for what?

its for a few reasons

back in the day the siccness was built around brotha lynch hung and black market records and sacramento......so doomsday always had there love here.......over time it evolved to other records labels and areas of the map like bart...........so theres record labels on here for the fans to come and talk about the music and speak to the artists and for the artists to promote and keep up with the fans.....
