I work at Verizon wireless. Be careful with that phone along with most of the recent LG's especially the LGVX5200. The both have a tendancy to freeze when recieving a text, and won't boot up at all anymore past the Verizon splash screen and ultimatley you will lose everything stored on the phones memory ( mini sd card ok)

Also LG's have a weak charging port. If you aren't careful when unplugging your phone, the metal housing will fall out, unfortunatley this issue is not covered by the warranty, so be prepared to cough up $50 bucks in store for a replacement, or over the phone to your insurance.

It's actually a damn cool phone and those are just the only problems we see with them, when we actually see them come back ( not often)

Oh and about losing your data, there is something I recomend to all verizon users. It's called Backup Assistant and it's $2 bucks a month ( on your bill ). go into Get it Now > Get Going > Business Tools and download Backup Assistant. After it's done downloading it, it will ask to run the application. Verify your phone number, enter a pin number, and enter promo code 4100023 for a free 3 months of backup assistant. What it does is it will initially backup all of your contacts to our data center. With that, you can then go to http://verizonwireless.com/backup assistant to log in and view your contacts. The cool thing is if you lose your phone, you can restore all of your contacts to your new phone with backup assistant. Sorry for the whole novel, It's just hella cool lol.

I was super skeptical about the Razor phones because I had heard so much shit about them... but I just got one a couple weeks ago and LOVE IT.

The 9800 looks dope with all the bells and whistles... kinda bulky..

It's actually not that big, it's built for text/browsing. Now the razor is an ok phone, the verizon version sucks ass though. Time doesn't always update, and the thing freezes.
