I work for this government agency in DC right. I get here at about 7 in the morning, 3 hours before the other fat ass lazy yuppies who usually show up at like 10 or 11. I check the siccness for new posts, then I check my e-mail. Then Im so incredibly bored I start to nod off. I eat some Pez to try and keep me awake but I still end up falling asleep. Then I hit lunch at about 11, come back to work at about 12:30, and then start to doze off agian. Then its 3:30 and I go home.
Sometimes I'll just not show up for work and still get paid for that day because no one knows im not there cause their too busy sitting behind their desk sleeping too. Its insane. And to top it off we spend millions of dollars a year on computer equipment that is just gonna get surplused the next year cause were gonna buy another 5 million dollars worth of shit.
Just had to vent. I think I'll duck out early today.
