i finally started going to the gym

whoopty doo.....started going to the gym bout 2 weeks ago.......i do have a question for the people that work out

has anyone heard of liprodrene. supposly it helps you lose weight...has anyone had any experiance with it

no havent heard of it, there's a million things that will help you lose FAT just stick to eating 6 times a day each meal 50 protein ... 30% Healthy fat avocado olive oil ect and 20% good carbs whole grains oatmeal brown rice ect. except for last two meals of day no carbs...

cardio 4-5 times a week ans lift your ass off.... and dont eat like a bird shit or get off the pot! have to eat a lot to gain muscle & muscle shall burn fat...just got off the weights myself :D

suplements..

whey protein after hitting weights and in morning
cassien protein before bed or cottage cheese has it in it for cheaper.
fish oil
bcaa's
creatine

You don't need to take some shit that probably has a million more side effects then benefits. Just eat small portions 5-6 times a day like Ez-Roo said and get some cardio in every day. Once you start to see results you'll be motivated keep doing it.
