whoopty doo.....started going to the gym bout 2 weeks ago.......i do have a question for the people that work out
has anyone heard of liprodrene. supposly it helps you lose weight...has anyone had any experiance with it
no havent heard of it, there's a million things that will help you lose FAT just stick to eating 6 times a day each meal 50 protein ... 30% Healthy fat avocado olive oil ect and 20% good carbs whole grains oatmeal brown rice ect. except for last two meals of day no carbs...
cardio 4-5 times a week ans lift your ass off.... and dont eat like a bird shit or get off the pot! have to eat a lot to gain muscle & muscle shall burn fat...just got off the weights myself

cassien protein before bed or cottage cheese has it in it for cheaper.
