congrats...it feels good. I didnt get mine for almost two months or so after cause I had a parking ticket I didnt know about. I was like where is this mothefucker then i called and found out.

i'm getting my bachelor's degree in illustration.

i'm thinking of also going back to school for fashion design, because i wanna work for nike. i don't know if i wanna live in oregon, though.

another possibility is to either go back for architecture, or to get my masters in illustration.

yea what le cordon bleu did u go to...i got mine in culinary not the hotel and restraunt program.......fuck le cordon bleu..they aint going to do shit from you but take yo 60,000...i got 2 degree..i have a ba in business admin......and my culinary....im 23 and cant find a job.......le cordon bleu aint shit i might as well went to bakersfield college and pay for there 800 dollar program there.......

a word of advice, don't get a worthless degree. I got a Bachelors in behavioral science (sociology) and can't do shit with it. I now gotta do grad school to get anywhere w/ it. I wish I woulda gone into nursing instead.

I WAS THINKING ABOUT THAT - HOSPITAL WORK WOULD BE EXCITING...

YEAH A SMART EMPLOYER WOULD HIRE SOMEONE W/ YEARS OVER THE PIECE OF PAPER, BUT I'VE NEVER NOT WORKED IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. I KNOW ITS NOT FOR EVERYBODY BUT I GOTTA EAT & THEY PAY ME....

i got around 3 more years before i have my Business Degree, I'm just keep plugging away till I have it. I have a shit load of math classes to knock out so it will take longer to get my AA to transfer to ASU than to get my Bachelors if i continue to take the same amount of classes every semester.

The real question is what i'm gonna do once i have the degree...

if you guys have degrees in a certain field but cant find a job, start looking for very entry or even below entry level jobs.

i know this example is a bit of a stretch, but if I had a medical degree and they weren't hiring for doctors, I'd look for a job cleaning toilets at the hospital until something opened up.

it looks better to the HR folks than if you wait until your perfect job opens up.
